I was able to find what I needed, so the site does the job. But reading between the lines, the checkout could use some work, it felt a little clunky and not as straightforward as I expected. Nothing terrible, just not a super smooth experience

I ordered from lazydogcookies.com the cookies were solid for the price. They seemed fresh, the portions weren’t tiny, and my dog was obsessed, so I can’t really complain too much there.

The only thing that bugged me was the shipping cost, because of course that made the “good deal” feel a little less good at checkout. Still, compared to some other dog treat sites that charge way too much, it felt fair enough overall

I ordered from Lazy Dog Cookie Co. the shipping was quick overall. I’ve had orders from other snack shops take way longer, so getting my box within a few days was a nice surprise.
The tracking worked fine for the most part, but it did sit in one spot for a bit, which had me wondering if it was delayed or just not updating. I’ve seen that happen before with other deliveries, so I wasn’t too worried, but it was still a little annoying.

Everything showed up safely and on time though, so I can’t really complain much. I’d give it 4 stars because the shipping was good, just not completely perfect

I ordered from lazydogcookies.com and was kind of surprised by how many flavors they had. I was a little unsure at first because I didn’t want to end up with a box where everything tasted the same, but the mixed box made me feel better about trying them out. There were way more than just the usual plain options, and some of the flavors were really fun. Every cookie tasted different, which I really liked, and it made it easy to find something for everyone. Definitely 5 stars from me.

They were still soft when they got here, which surprised me a bit. Really loved them, woud definitely grab these again...

I’m happy with these. The ingredients are super simple and I can actually tell what’s in them, which is a big win. My dog’s stomach can be kinda picky, but these cookies didn’t mess with him at all. They smell fresh too, not all weird or fake like some treats do. Way better than the cheap stuff I used to grab, for real

I got these for my sister’s dog, and she was way more excited than she probably should’ve been. The cookies looked really cute, and it felt a lot more thoughtful than just grabbing another toy, which I’m sure would’ve ended up in the usual pile anyway.

Shipping was smooth, and sending it straight to her house was super easy. I’d definitely order again for birthdays or holidays, especially for the friends who very clearly treat their dogs like actual children.

I tried the monthly subscription from lazydogcookies.com for my dog, and overall it was a decent experience. He seemed to really enjoy most of the cookies, which was the main thing I cared about. The only downside was that shipping wasn’t always totally consistent, one box showed up later than I expected, and I ended up checking in on it. Canceling also wasn’t too difficult once I figured it out, though the steps could have been a little clearer. It’s a nice option and I can see why people like it, but I’m not totally sure I’d stick with it every single month

My son has allergies, so I’m always careful with snacks. These cookies worked well for him and he enjoyed them. I’m really happy with them.

These cookies have a really nice soft crunch... not rock hard like some other treats we’ve tried. My dog can chew them easily, i’m glad they don’t leave crumbs all over the place. So yeah, really happy with the texture.

My beagle is completely obsessed with these cookies. The second I even touch the bag, he’s right there sitting like the best-behaved dog in the world, drooling and waiting. We’ve tried a few different flavors and he’s loved every single one. Compared to other treats we’ve bought, these are definitely the ones he gets the most excited about. There are never any crumbs left behind.

My dog was excited about them and gobbled them up like they were the best thing ever, but wow the crumbs got absolutely everywhere, on the floor, in his bed, somehow even stuck in his fur, so he was happy and I was just following behind with a broom.
